*Unidirectional shear intensifies moisture convergence
*Inversion is above 700 millibars
*Plenty of PBL moisture (saturated in PBL)
*Steep lapse rate from surface to 700 millibars
*Average wind speed below inversion is 30 knots
*Wind direction results in a large lake fetch
